Anda had the opportunity to exhibit her work during ArtMania 2011 and she decided to inspire herself in Tarja’s life; her ups and downs and the way she finds peace, that0s why she prepared a collection of paintings that revolved around the sea, and guess what? Tarja went to see the exhibition! Let us read Anda’s words about what happened:
"First of all, 'From the Deep' was an exhibition I dedicated to her - all the works were done specifically for this event, and I really hoped that she could come. Fortunately, the ArtMania staff put all the artist press conferences (including Tarja's, Lacuna Coil's, and Sonata Arctica's) near the place where I had my exhibition, so they all got to see it but we are now talking about Tarja since all paintings were made for her.
"She is such a sweetheart! Very friendly, she came with me and had patience to listen to the story behind every painting and the story behind the exhibition - in short, the idea is that there, in the deep, the waters are calm no matter how raging the storm is on the surface.
"She was very impressed and told me she also does that when there is a storm in her life, and besides, one of her hobbies is diving so my story fits her perfectly. Then she hugged me very tight, and smelled so nice, hehe :) Then she went to a give an interview and talked with other people... She is very friendly and always smiling and great :)
"I really like the new Tarja... Even in the concert, she sounded so powerful and strong, so cheerful (she danced and went crazy on stage all the time, and singing in the meantime, it's a mystery for me how she can handle both @.@)
"All in all, meeting her was a very nice experience... and I'm looking forward to seeing her live again :)"
